The role of UX Designer is really important to us. You will have a critical role in creating and implementing user-focused solutions that enhance health outcomes for patient care. You will be a centre point, linking products, information architecture, user insights and journeys, design, engineering and the end-users – clinicians and patients.
Our ideal teammate will be passionate about digital, demonstrating excellent knowledge of interaction design, user-experience journeys and completely at home creating experiences that are intuitive but also make sense to our developers!
You’ll be encouraged to use your UX experience, along with your natural creative flair and great communication skills, to influence and innovate on requirements and design across multi-platform software applications. You’ll be joining talented and collaborative team; we are really passionate about the solutions we deliver and the positive impact the work we do has on healthcare outcomes across the UK.

Who are we?
CLEO Systems is a wholly owned subsidiary of Integrated Care 24 (IC24), the leading not-for-profit Social Enterprise providing innovative, and patient focused primary care services. We are committed to delivering ‘Clinical Excellence Online’ (CLEO). Through this mission we contribute to the wider Group ambition to improve access to health and social care for patients and reduce the demand on secondary care services. IC24 provides services to over 6 million patients, including GP led out-of-hours services, NHS 111, primary care and secondary care support services.
Location Remote hybrid (occasional travel to Ashford Kent)
Hours Available 37.5hrs per week (Monday to Friday)
