CCO Group have just been instructed by a rapidly expanding property consultancy to assist with their search for a Quantity Surveyor.
The client
This company offers Project & Cost Management solutions across all sectors, with a focus on Commercial, Retail, Government, Corporate and Industrial sectors up to c. £150m out of their Manchester office. They’ve got unrivalled financial backing from a leading investment fund, which has allowed them to double their turnover in the past five years, picking up plenty of high-profile clients along the way. Headcount for the wider group stands at c. 900, with 220 nationwide sitting in the PM and CM teams. Their Manchester office is headed up by one of the most highly regarded Project Executives in the industry and is a key area for expansion for the company as part of their five-year growth plan.
The role & ideal candidate
Given their planned expansion of the Manchester regional office, our client is seeking 2 x Quantity Surveyors to join the company. They’ve won several exciting contracts across various sectors, so there’s plenty of work to get started on right from day one. The ideal candidate will be hungry and ambitious, and eager to push the company growth plans into the Manchester market.
