You have the chance to join the team as a Network Operations Team Manager, where you’ll predominantly be managing distribution operatives. You will need to manage resources, support the timely delivery of R&M & Network Capital scheme projects and you’ll aim to ensure that our customers receive a constant supply of good quality drinking water.
EVERYTHING YOU NEED TO KNOW
You’ll be involved in numerous daily activities from engaging with the team, driving performance across the day (aiming to meet our ODI performance targets), delivering schedules of work and minimising job suspends and rejects. Furthermore, your will ensure that customer promises are delivered and any disruptions are minimised and that we are cost effective- all with a CMEX (our Customer performance measures) perspective in mind.
Plus, as our new Team Manager you will utilise your operational/ Distribution Network knowledge & previous experience in dealing with customers & customer queries, to ensure that we are providing our customers with the best possible service whilst this development within our business occurs!

Salary: £40,000 - £48,000 (dependant on experience)
