Portfolio Planner – Lancashire County Council (HYBRID WORKING)
I am currently representing Lancashire County Council who are offering a 3-6 Month Contract which could lead to a permanent position for the right candidate at a Rate of £Negotiable.

We are currently working with Lancashire County Council to help recruit for a Portfolio Planner,
The Portfolio Planner will be responsible for strategic planning and resource management across the council's priorities: The role will include delivery of:
§ Planning strategy, standards and levels of planning
§ Roadmap ownership and delivery
§ Strategic Change Delivery Plan (SCDP) oversight of portfolio delivery
§ Pipeline management of sequencing into roadmap/ SCDP
§ Milestone plan model and delivery across programmes/projects for SIB reporting
§ Cross portfolio dependency management and risk/issue profiles
§ Planning advice and guidance across in flight and pipeline programmes/projects including estimating, plan production
§ Appropriate tooling e.g. excel, power apps, power BI, Visio, PPMS to manage plans
§ Planning in both waterfall and agile methodologies
§ Resource portfolio management strategy
§ Resource capacity plan across Resources Directorate including resource schedules
§ Forecasting additional demand above capacity for new projects
§ Supporting governance decision making for availability of resource for new proposals and business cases
