This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join our Legacy Management team to handle the administration of Legacy Management files and for the day to day management of pecuniary legacy cases.
About the Role
We are looking to recruit a full-time Specialist Administrator to join our fast paced Legacy Management team. This role has responsibility for dealing with daily correspondence and telephone enquiries including the setting up of files and computer records for new estates, the recording and receipting of daily income, and assisting other members of staff within the Legacy Department by undertaking general office duties.
The role will be flexible, with the successful candidate working from home with an expectation to attend our head office in Telford twice a week
About you
You will possess a sympathetic and flexible approach to work and the ability to handle confidential and sensitive matters. Ideally have previous administration experience including good keyboard skills and the ability to communicate at all levels with an excellent telephone manner. Knowledge of wills and probate will be an advantage but is not essential.
