We are seeking experienced and skilled Joiner/Carpenter to join our team. As a Joiner/Carpenter, you will be part of a team overseeing a range of building projects, from small renovations to large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities:
- Interpret drawings and plans to ensure correct material usage and efficient construction processes
- Manage and supervise construction sites, ensuring compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and quality control measures
- Coordinate with site manager, contracts manager, and other building professionals to ensure all aspects of the project are carried out effectively and efficiently
- Conduct site inspections to identify and resolve any issues or challenges
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Joiner/Carpenter, with a solid understanding of building processes and techniques
- Excellent organisational skills, with an ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and plans
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Relevant qualifications in Joiner/Carpenter or a related field
- Valid driver's licence and reliable transportation
