About The Role

Being part of the Foundever family means being at the heart of service delivery for our clients. We would like you to join us if you are a fluent German speaking Customer Service Specialist.

You will be supporting our client in handling emails and web chat queries from their customers. You will be required to discuss customer accounts in both German and English daily.

You will paid £12.00 per hour and work 08:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday.

Typical customer queries can range from issues with orders; requesting help in understanding how to progress orders / when orders will arrive to queries around payment of products ordered.

About You

• You will be a fluent German and English (written and spoken)
• You will have experience in providing customer services support
• You will have a positive attitude and supportive nature (supportive of your team and customers)
