Senior Active Travel Engineer - Permanent -
Edinburgh / Glasgow -
£55,000 - £65,000 per annum

Advanced Resource Managers are currently recruiting for a global company who work on major projects throughout the UK. They are currently looking for a Senior Active Travel Engineer to join their Transportation team.

About You:
  • You will have experience of working on Urban Projects which included integrating walking, cycling, green spaces, and other traffic solutions.
  • You will have a good understanding of technical guidance and standards such as Cycling by Design and Inclusive mobility.
  • You will have a Full driving licence and some cycling experience.
  • You will have experience of managing projects
What you will be doing:
  • You will be managing projects and taking the lead as the technical reviewer on Active Travel projects across Scotland.
  • You will be responsible for the design teams and delivering Active Travel Designs
  • You will help and support other members of the team and you will build internal and external stakeholder relationships, working closely with clients to maintain and grow the business.

This role is based in either Glasgow or Edinburgh and is a full-time hybrid role.

The salary for this role is between £55,000 - £65,000 depending on experience. If desired, there will be career progression and development within the company. The benefits package includes a 25-day holiday allowance with the option to buy up to 5 days, life insurance and a pension plan.

You need to be eligible to work in the UK for this role, a DBS may also be required
