Are you interested in looking after an F&B team at Rowallane who are known for their beautiful historic gardens? We're looking for someone who is passionate, team orientated and who has current management & stakeholder experience, to come and work at Rowallane as our F&B Manager.
The Hours: 37.5 hours per week, with a mix of weekday & weekend work on a rota basis. There may be an occasional evening shift if any special events taking place.
The Salary: £25,662 - £27,300 depending upon experience.

It's a 7 day a week operation, opening from 10am-4pm in the winter, and 10-6 in the summer.
Transport: Your own mode of transport is welcomed, but there are good local bus links which take you close to the property.

What you'll be doing:As the Food & Beverage Manager your role is to provide leadership and support to your team. Your support means that the team can be left to get on with what they do best, while you manage the behind-the-scenes operations, from admin to people management and everything in between! You’ll be the leader in customer service and maintaining high standards of presentation and excellence in the food we serve.
You’ll be hands on with the day to day running of our F&B operations, managing and overseeing the running of our café. It’s a busy business and we’re constantly on the go. We want to make sure that we always deliver exceptional service to all of our visitors every time.
You will be responsible for budgets, managing wages and cost control. You will also ensure stock & waste is managed and seek opportunities to increase income.
