An exciting opportunity has arisen for 2 fixed term positions in Sexual Health for 12 months.
We are looking to recruit full and part time receptionist/clerks to provide comprehensive administrative and reception support to all areas of the service. This role requires answering calls in our busy Contact Centre where you will gather sensitive information to book patients into the appropriate appointment slots whilst ensuring efficient and sensitive communication at all times. You will help us to organise and administer activities in line with agreed service priorities.

You will need to be confident, self-motivated with excellent organisational and IT skills and be able to prioritise your workload effectively to meet deadlines whilst ensuring a high standard of service is maintained.
We expect you to be able to work under pressure with the ability to use your judgement and initiative to prioritise the urgency of particular requests within our defined guidelines.
You will have GCSE level C or equivalent in English and Maths with excellent written and verbal communication skills and be competent in the use of Microsoft packages including Word, Excel and Outlook email package.
Working for our organisation
Sexual Health Services provide services in many locations throughout Nottinghamshire. We provide a comprehensive contraception and sexual health service to a multicultural community of all ages.
Our services are highly confidential and of a very sensitive nature and therefore our staff must be able to reflect this. You will need to work between the City Hospital Campus and Victoria Health Centre throughout the week along with Community clinics as necessary.
The Service is open 8:30am -7:00pm so you will be required to work weekdays and evenings. You will also work some Saturday's (about 1 in 8) working on a rota system.

Salary: The quoted salary will be on a pro rata basis for part time workers.
