City of York Council is looking to appoint an enthusiastic and committed individual into the West Offices FM Hospitality & Meeting Room Services.
The position will require the successful candidate to work within a very busy Meeting Room Service, encompassing Meeting room set up, Audio Visual set up, Beverage and Food delivery and collection, Meeting Room bookings using outlook booking system and to assist the FM Management Supervisor in providing a fully comprehensive hospitality service to West Offices.
The candidate must be a flexible team player, able to demonstrate through experience and/or qualifications excellent customer service skills, organisational skills along with attention to detail, ability to prioritise, be front facing as the successful candidate will need to communicate with all levels of personnel both internal and external to the business in order to continue providing a 5 star building service for FM.
Experience of working within FM functions would be desirable.
