We are currently representing a talented Architectural practice based around the Cardiff area that is actively looking for a Graduate / Junior Architectural Technician / Technologist to join their team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Graduate / Junior Architectural Technician / Technologist to build and develop their career within a growing, busy team.

Our client specialises within the Residential sector. Projects varying from small to large-scale developments. The successful Graduate / Junior Architectural Technician / Technologist will be involved in a mixture of projects from new builds, extensions to conversions. Key responsibilities include working closely with the design team, providing architectural solutions, create technical detailing's, prepare and present design proposals as well as produce planning and building applications. This practice predominantly uses Revit which they expect the Graduate / Junior Architectural Technician / Technologist to have an excellent knowledge of.

• Work on a range of developments within the Residential sector
• Work closely with the design team

Graduate / Junior Architectural Technician / Technologist Position Requirements

• Living in or around the Cardiff area
• Relevant Degree Qualified
• Highly motivated with an excellent work ethic
• Good knowledge of Revit
• Knowledge of UK Building Regulations

• Salary; £20k - £28k (DOE)
