Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate Finance Assistant to join our friendly, Finance Team.


Why your role matters

The Finance Assistant role is crucial in supporting the Finance Function with administering and maintaining the day-to-day financial activities You’ll be key in ensuring that the finance administration involved in the purchase ledger, sales ledger and credit control function is maintained. Some experience of working in a Finance role is essential for this opportunity.


What you’ll be doing

  • Processing, checking and sending sales ledger documents to clients
  • Maintaining financial ledgers to ensure information is kept accurate and up-to-date
  • Dealing with customers in a professional and timely manner
  • Working with colleagues to maintain and build strong relationships as part our this important business function


Where you’ll be working

We would really love you to work in the Glasgow office one or two days a week. That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to effectively deliver the Finance Teams objectives, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction. However, this role can be managed remotely.
