Motor Finance Business Development Manager:
Chatsbrook Finance Ltd are an independent finance broker based on the UK, specialising in all areas of Vehicle Funding. We are looking to expand our external team to enable us to meet the high demand for our services, whilst still delivering the second-to-none services that we are known for.
Role description:
Due to growth of the business, we now require a confident, enthusiastic and target driven Business Development Manager responsible for identifying and securing new business for Chatsbrook. Based out in the field, you will be required to build relationships with the dealership network in your given area, creating opportunities and driving enquiries to the Chatsbrook operations team. Using your time management and organisation skills, you will manage your dealerships network arranging regular customer site visits, to maintain and grow strong relationships. You need to be customer focused, have strong influencing and communication skills help dealers to increase their penetration of motor finance business whilst being able to train and develop their sale people to increase revenue. Additionally, you will be expected to produce and deliver compelling sales presentations to your customer base and be able to display and manage relationships from the floor right to the boardroom.
