My Delhi Indian Streetery is on the lookout for experienced expeditors.

We’re an award-winning Indian Street Food restaurant serving a slice of Delhi’s authentic cuisines.

Our expo role is one of the most important roles in the restaurant, being the heartbeat of the restaurant - they are super talented individuals who are the link between the kitchen team and front team.

Expo responsibilities

As a Food Expeditor, your responsibilities include:

• Managing the pace and flow of orders in the kitchen to ensure timely completion of table orders.
• Overseeing the quality control of all food items to ensure they meet menu and customer specifications.
• Finalising the presentation of plates and testing the temperature of the food before serving.
• Directing food runners and waiting staff to ensure smooth delivery of completed orders to diners.
• Pack and manage the takeaway orders, ensuring they are ready on time
• Coordinating with the kitchen team to ensure that all orders are prepared in a timely manner.
• Ensuring that the pass and pass ticket system is managed efficiently.
• Maintaining a high level of service standards and attention to detail.
• Working well under pressure to meet service standards.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £11.00-£12.00 per hour
