Senior Accounts Assistant
Vacancy Type: Contract
Location: Stoke-on-Trent, Staffordshire
Salary: £25000 - £28000 per annum
New role - Immediate Start.
Stoke - On site parking.
Job Spec:
Oversee a team of 2
Ensure wholesale customer credit accounts are paid in full and on time
Sales leger reconciliations
Oversee cash, card, PayPal and bank account reconciliations
Assess and determine customer credit limits
Ensure sales cut off has been correctly applied
Ensure sales invoices, credit notes and refunds are processed correctly
Liaise with third party debt recovery agencies
Investigate ad hoc customer queries and rectify to ensure sales ledger transactions are correct
Person spec:
Ability to work in a fast pace environment
Must have strong IT and systems skills
High level of attention to detail
Ability to work in a structured manner and to prioritise workload
