We are a growing British company, passionate about designing and manufacturing bespoke, multifunctional, and innovative furniture.

About the role

You will work in our Chelsea / Fulham showroom, understanding and helping customers by demonstrating our amazing collection of furniture and managing the provision of orders to timescales appropriately. You will;

· Understand each customers specific needs or requirements,

· Translate customer needs into a specific Furl product from our portfolio,

· Outline potential furniture options to customers,

· Answer all customer questions,

· Identify opportunities for new Furl furniture designs,

· Identify unmet or badly met customer needs,

· Follow up any customer queries or service challenges expertly and professionally.

We have openings for full time and part time positions.

Part Time: Saturdays, Sundays and one variable weekday, total 20 hours per week. Full Time: Saturdays, Sundays and 3 variable weekdays, total 37 hours per week.

Requirements

  • A passion for understanding and helping customers,
  • A desire to develop your skills and potential,
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills,
  • An interest in design, colours, and interiors,
  • Retail experience especially with bespoke furniture will be very beneficial but is not essential for the successful candidate,
  • Experience with social media would be a bonus.

Established in 2007, Furl is dedicated to designing, making, and selling space saving furniture. With stores in Swiss Cottage, Barbican, Chelsea/Fulham we want more talented, interiors focused individuals to bring our Furl brand to life.

Location flexibility
You may be requested to work some days, especially in the first months, from our NW6 or EC1 showroom in order to obtain proper training and cover shifts as needed. We are a great team who work well together, and we all love being able to switch workplaces.
