Part Time Sales Advisor / Coffee Advisor / Retail Sales Assistant
John Lewis - Chelmsford
£10.90 per hour + commission
Working Days & hours : Friday, Saturday & Sunday 10am-6pm / store opening times may vary slightly on Sundays

We are looking for an engaging coffee loving Retail Sales Assistant to lead our in-store demonstrations and deliver an amazing brand experience on behalf of Nespresso!
At Wave we represent brands across multiple retail, event and experiential environments. We create exciting and inspiring brand experiences for customers which increase engagement, help the customer and drive sales. Your working day will be busy & interactive as you will proactively approach customers to educate them on the Nespresso brand. You will demonstrate the fantastic products at your fingertips, providing the best possible experience and ensuring each customer is fully informed in all things Nespresso.
You will ‘Espresso’ your passion and panache for creating brilliant brand experiences to help drive sales of Nespresso products and deliver incredible customer service, as a premium brand demands a premium experience!

What experience are we looking for?
- Previous experience in Retail or Experiential roles
- Fantastic experience of rapport building & relationships
- Professional in both appearance and manner
- Strong sales background
- Enthusiastic & engaging
- Able to deliver concise & accurate feedback through different reporting tools
- Ideally you will have a passion for coffee
