We are looking to recruit an experienced Quantity Surveyor to join our team based in Loughborough, UK

The Role:

Quantity Surveys are responsible for managing all aspect of the contractual and financial side of construction projects.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain contract documentation and advise on tender and post contract matters.
• Preparation and issue of contractual letters/emails to clients and/or sub-contractors.
• Site Measurement.
• Preparation and submission of Early warnings.
• Preparation, submission and agreement of variations & Compensation Events.
• Preparation, submission and agreement of interim valuations and final accounts.
• Agreement and certification of sub-contractor’s interim valuations and final account.
• Liaison with Site Management regarding issuing and updating programmes.
• Managing costs

Key Requirements:

• Current CSCS card
• HNC Building Studies
• BSC Hons in Quantity Surveying desirable but not essential
• QS experience in construction industry
• Ability to use own initiative
• A Full UK Driving Licence
