Company Overview

ACT Property are a motivated, dynamic and rapidly growing company. Our core business is generating inventories, check ins and check outs for the high-end rental market. Our clients are predominantly based in Central London, West London and Surrey, with recent expansion in to East London and Hampshire and Oxfordshire.

Quality Control – Job Role

For this role ACT are looking for someone with property administration experience ideally within property management. Candidates must have very good attention to detail.

Full training will be given, and candidates will be working within a small friendly team, priding themselves on providing a professional and efficient inventory service of the highest standard. Office hours are 9:00am – 5:30pm. Each employee works 5 Saturdays throughout the year (9.00am – 3.30pm).

Purpose

Quality control -

To ensure all reports are issued in accordance with company guidelines, inc

  • Continuity of descriptive standards and liability
  • Minimising void fields
  • Cross referencing to identify and eliminate errors made at Property Inspector (PI) level
  • Liaising with Landlords and Tenants on queries relating to report content
  • Grammar, spelling and punctuality

Deliverables

Quality Control

Analysing content and accuracy of reports

  • Issuing an average of 18 inspections per day
  • Monitoring customer feedback, advising their line manager if an individual PI is receiving greater than 5% feedback
  • Compiling PI feedback notes for head of training
  • Escalating customer complaints to line manager

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
