Due to ongoing success and significant growth forecast for this year, we are recruiting for Production Operatives to work in a custom built, modern open plan factory based in Southampton. Tea and Coffee is free, the rest areas and canteen are relaxing and modern with kitchen facilities and vending machines provided.

The site is easy to access and to drive to from Southampton, Eastleigh and Portsmouth and because of start times the roads are usually clear!

This company are renowned for their good treatment of staff and excellent career progression whilst providing a great work/home life balance. You will have full support from all employees within the production area to help grow your current skill set, whilst gaining new skills along the way.

For the first 12 weeks, you will be paired with an experienced trainer that will help shape you into a skilled operator with real opportunities to develop within the company.

Training will be provided on the following duties:

• Machine operation
• Quality inspection
• Picking/packing
• Production line work
• Report any quality concerns detected to a team leader

You will be working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, whilst having the opportunity to choose either night or day shifts.

Shift Patterns are as followed:

• 4 days on and 4 days off £12.74ph
• Working 7am to 7pm.
