Tea and Coffee is free, the rest areas and canteen are relaxing and modern with kitchen facilities and vending machines provided.
The site is easy to access and to drive to from Southampton, Eastleigh and Portsmouth and because of start times the roads are usually clear!

For the first 12 weeks, you will be paired with an experienced trainer that will help shape you into a skilled operator with real opportunities to develop within the company.
Training will be provided on the following duties:
You will be working 4 shifts on and 4 shifts off, whilst having the opportunity to choose either night or day shifts.
