Responsible for providing essential technology to 10,000 healthcare organisations across all major UK health sectors, we are looking for a Product Manager to drive transformation in our EMIS –X platform products.


We are looking for a Product Manager with a passion for developing innovative products in the digital world. Collaboration is key at EMIS; working within the technical space, you will work closely with product, architecture and development colleagues to understand requirements and break them down into epics and features. Working remotely, you will be responsible for the entire lifecycle of our EMIS-X platform capabilities that are shaping the next evolutionary stage in health technology.


Transforming your career within product management, you will be you will be able to work on innovative technology whilst working with our customers to help inform the future for EMIS solution and platforms. We’re looking for collaborators who can present strategy and ideas to the wider business whilst working in a scaled agile framework.


This Product Manager role is a home working position with some requirement to travel infrequently to the Leeds or Watford office for collaborative meetings.


What you’ll do:

As a Product Manager, your key duties will include:

  • Build compelling Product Plans that you can successfully manage through the entire product lifecycle and confidently present to C-Level executives.
  • Provide vision and direction to a number of agile development teams and stakeholders.
  • Work collaboratively to define epics, capabilities and features in-line with our product and technology strategy.
  • Gather market research & customer feedback to understand opportunities and challenges to inform our product vision, strategy and plan.

Who you’ll be

  • Wealth of experience in product management
  • Knowledge and experience of working with Scaled Agile Framework
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Strong collaborator with internal and external stakeholders
  • Experience within software product delivery with a technology understanding is desirable
  • Knowledge and experience of public cloud hosting and modern web applications would be useful
