Day-to-day, we’ll expect you to provide a customer notification service to all sections which will be affecting customer with planned shutdowns. This includes the raising of jobs in corporate systems, preparing lists of customers likely to be affected, notifying customers and utilities, managing changes to planned shutdown and liaising with customers over complaints.
Your communication skills and ability to interact effectively with a range of external and internal customers will allow to provide excellent customer service. Due to the nature of the job, we’ll expect you to be able to work under pressure and to tight timescales. Capability of interpreting 11kv and LV network diagrams and ability to assess conflicting data to form accurate judgements would be desirable.

The on target earning potential for this role is 29,500 - 35,500 / annual salary based on a 39 hour contract - comprising a base salary of 26,000 - 32,000,
