PA / Business Support Officer

Salary: Grade 6 (£29,762 – £35,308 p.a.)

This role will be based on the university campus, with scope for it to be undertaken in a hybrid manner. We are also open to discussing flexible working arrangements.

Are you looking for a challenging and varied role working as part of a small Business Support Team? Do you have substantial experience as a PA and the ability to deliver a proactive and solutions-focussed approach to administrative support?

We are looking for a flexible, proactive and forward thinking team player, with a ‘can do’ attitude to join our HR Business Support Team. Within this role you will be instrumental in ensuring that all members of the HR Leadership Team are supported to a high level and that the HR Service operates smoothly.

You will possess substantial experience as a PA at a senior level and will be a strong team player with excellent communication skills who is equally comfortable working independently or with others.

This role is busy and fast paced and the need to handle multitudes of information and accurately assess priorities is vital.
