Job Description

Joining as ITG's Operations Manager, you'll be working at our state of the art 'Capture' facility in Tamworth and will be at the forefront of the exciting creative and production work that we deliver for clients who are market leaders in their respective industries.
You'll have the opportunity to work with some incredible brands and talented people on projects across our creative landscape, and you'll be key in bringing the operations of our Capture site to life and ensuring our teams are in prime position to deliver.

As Operations Manager, you will have overall operational responsibility for ITG’s Photography and Film service delivery, project financial management and facilities management.
Your primary responsibility will be the management of a team of Producers and Facilities support individuals who support in the delivery of all projects for ITG’s Customer Services teams and Customers themselves

This opportunity is truly unique, and lends itself to someone who has a background in creative production and client service.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Project proposals - Create project delivery proposals in response to customer services briefs and opportunities
  • Project estimating - Provide project delivery estimates and costings, ensuring commercially competitive
  • Project delivery - Accountable for the delivery of projects to time and budget
  • Resourcing - Manage and source all resources required in the delivery of projects
  • Producers - Lead and manage a team of Producers in the delivery of creative photography, eComm photography, video and XR projects
  • Support team - Manage a support a team responsible for physical resources, set build, kit, props and facilities
  • Customer services support
    Create and maintain Credentials presentations to support customer engagement and sales opportunities
    Deliver site tours and service offer overviews to customers in support of customer services teams
  • Operations management
    Input into hardware, software, processes, solutions and management for production and post production as part of the ITG Production Services Operations Board

Requirements

  • Background in Production or similar creative environment
  • Background in Photography/Videography is preferred but not essential
  • Experience in line managing creative/operations teams
  • Track record in delivering great client service in a similar environment
  • Ability to understand and manage finance elements of Operations (Invoicing, billing, reporting etc)
  • Self motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a wider ops team
  • Highly organised (both literate and numerical)
  • Client/Customer centric - peopled focused, prioritising our customers needs
