Position: Health Care Assistant

Location: Hexham

Pay: Up to £24.89 per hour

Hours: Flexible shifts patterns (earlies, lates, long days, nightshifts)

  • Main Duties/Responsibilities

As a HCA, your duties could include:

  • Assisting nurses with day-to-day care
  • Serving meals and helping to feed patients
  • Helping patients to move around and feel more comfortable
  • Monitoring patients conditions by taking temperatures, pulse, respiration, and weight
  • Keeping patient records accurate and up to date

Essential criteria

  • You will need to pass an enhanced background check.
  • You need at least of 6 months UK healthcare experience with direct patient supervision and experience taking patient vital signs
  • You will have References that cover the last two years of your work history
