DEPARTMENT MANAGER (Level 1)

Location: Primark Gravesend
Salary: £33,946 (with 31 days annual leave & pension)
Contract: Full-Time, FTC (12 months) , 5 days out of 7

The role

As Department Manager, you’ll oversee the day to day running of at least one department within the store. You will have full commercial control, including stock ordering, merchandising and, using available data provided to you, will lead a team to maximise sales and provide a superior level of customer service.

In the absence of senior management you will be in charge of the store for the shift.
