How would you like to be part of team and deliver parcels? We are currently recruiting Parcel shop van drivers. This role will be based at our magical Lakeside depot. We can offer full time hours on a permanent basis.
What We Can Offer You:
£11.64 per hour with an overtime rate of £17.46 once contractual hours are completed.
What You’ll Do:
You will work as part of delivery teams to ensure that all parcels are delivered in time. You’ll deliver and collect parcels on a multi-drop basis to and from our ParcelShop & Smart Locker network, rather than customers’ homes. Our parcels are relatively light, but there's lots of them! Therefore, as you'll be loading and unloading vehicles so you must be physically! You'll also be comfortable using safe manual-handling techniques. You will be provided with a 3.5T vehicle which allows you to complete drops however the vehicle will be left at the grotto each night.
Our drivers have full-time contracts with 40 hours a week. Full time is any 5 shifts out of 7, rotas are given in advance.
