Harding Loevner is seeking a Client Relations Senior Associate to join its Client team. The Client team provides an exceptional level of service to our clients through consistent, effective communications informed by the team’s regular collaboration with other internal departments whose work helps to enhance our client interactions and strengthen our relationships.

The team is well-versed in many aspects of the investment management business, including portfolio risk analysis and compliance, data analysis, investor relations, and presentation and communications. We work in a fast-paced environment where we coordinate and participate in client-facing interactions, collaborate with colleagues to resolve client issues, maintain diligent records of client information and interactions in our systems, manage custom reporting (including investment commentary), work on projects where leadership opportunities are common, and engage senior management on daily tasks and special projects.

Responsibilities include:

• Act as the primary point of contact for clients, respond to investment and operational-related enquiries
• Resolve complex client enquiries utilising knowledge of Harding Loevner’s business functions and investment process
• Coordinate new client onboarding while collaborating with legal and compliance, business development, and client operations
• Develop expertise in UCITS investment vehicle and oversee relationship with critical vendors

This role is best suited for candidates who have:

• Bachelor’s degree with a strong interest in investment management
• 3-6 years of experience, preferably in client relations or investor relations
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Progress/Interest in pursuing the CFA designation
