About us

UK Emissions is a claims processor dealing with the emission scandal whereby a number of car manufacturers were found guilty of using software that could detect when the vehicle was undergoing emissions testing and alter performance to meet the standards. Emissions and performance were both misquoted as a result.

About the role

To support the legal action that is currently underway we are hiring driven and communicative individuals to join our team of claims advisors and assist eligible customers in submitting their compensations claim.

Your role will involve meeting with clients in person, qualifying and gathering information about their case, and providing expert guidance about next steps.

This is a sales executive role with great bonus structures all centred around customers receiving rather than spending money during a cost of living crisis.

The ideal candidate

As we provide comprehensive training, previous experience in the sector is not a requirement for the role of claims advisor. Rather, we seek motivated individuals who are open to learning, as we believe that all necessary skills can be taught. That said, our top-performing claims advisors possess certain qualities which we consider important, and these are listed below:

  • strong communication and interpersonal skills are essential
  • listening skills and empathy are also critical
  • Ability to effectively manage client expectations, and remain calm under pressure.
  • Attention to detail and a methodical approach to data handling
