As we are about to open a brand new facility on our Bessemer Road site in the next few weeks we are recruiting five MET Technicians we will also seriously consider versatile Main Dealer or Independent Garage Technicians, though some retraining and upskilling will undoutedley be required we are keen to meet Dealer & Independent Garage Technicians / Mechanics as you have alot of cross overs skills, integrational knowledge and some common used techniques that dovetail very well into the accident repair sector.


Pronto Norwich are excited to be recruiting staff for our new twenty bay workshop, this outstanding facility is equipped to a very high standard with outstanding staff facilities.


We are also keen to meet Bodyshop MET Technicians who are currently in the industry, it's likley you are working within a business that operates a time saver bonus, at Pronto we moved away from this back in 2016 and over the past 7 years we have honed and tuned our bonus reward scheme so that it delivers outstanding financial rewards for our staff as a reward for excellent team working and for following our processes and doing a brilliant job right first time.

Depending on your qualifications talent and ambition we will integrate you into one of the teams within one of two outstanding manufacturer accredited vehicle accident repair facilities on our Bessemer Road Site


Pronto Accident Repair Centre Salary Basics Overview

Working a standard 43 hour 4 day working week over a 28 day cycle

Regular Overtime Available at an uplifted hourly rate.


Work 6 Hours Straight on a Saturday or Sunday and you rate is paind at time and a half.


Basic Hourly Rates & Base Annual Salary.

  • Fully Skilled without any formal qualifications, you will be starting at £16.02 per hour = £35,820.72 per year flat basic
  • NVQ 2 if you have 4 years experience we are starting you at £15.00 per hour = £33,584.72 per year flat basic
  • NVQ 3 with 5 years experience you will be starting at £18.04 per hour = £40,377.54 per year flat basic
  • Senior ATA Qualified you will be starting at £19.15 per hour = £42,819.40 per year flat basic
  • In addition to a Senior ATA if you hold some Manufacturer Qualifications the hourly rate is £23.23 = flat basic of £45,234.40

Bonus & Peformance Rewards

  • At Pronto we offer a "Weekly Bonus" hit the target and its "Paid Out" every Thursday
  • We offer a Monthly Bonus Paid Out on the final day of the month, the whole team get thisfor hitting the sales target for 4 or 5 consecutive weeks, its a clear sales target, there are no smoke and mirrors targets at Pronto

This fantastic facility will be focused on Carbon Neutrallity as is our plan for the whole Pronto business.

For the dealer technicians and independent technicians who are interested, we would say that the Bodyshop Accident Repair Strip and Refit is more challenging, more rewarding, offering more variety and more in depth training than regular vehicle servicing and maintenance, our team are regularly trained to Master Technician Standard.

Any industry Bodyshop Qualifications you hold, IMI ATA or NVQ3 qualification, City in Guilds or other accrediting body will have been achieved in the last 30 months for them to be valid or recognised.

An opportunity to work overtime which is paid at time and a half, this providing you work for at least six consecutive hours on Saturday or Sunday as an example an Senior ATA Qualified Person can earn £28.72 per hour, this after you have completed your full week.
