Summary
We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic, self-motivated person to take on the role of Behaviour
Manager to proactively implement strategies that reduce the number of pupils who are internally excluded or externally suspended, including repeat offences. You join a pastoral team reporting to the school’s Assistant Headteacher (behaviour) and you will support our pupils to ensure that they achieve their full academic and personal potential.
You will liaise with SLT, teachers and parents and work with small groups or individuals. You will need to be organised and confident, whilst ensuring you are approachable and responsive to the needs our pupils. Previous experience of pastoral and academic support within a learning environment is essential.
We have a very distinctive ethos; our motto of “faith + nurture + service” is central to our work, as
we aim to keep God at the centre of all we do.
We are oversubscribed and typically last year saw
700 applications for our 155 places.
