Being an Assistant Manager in Chef and Brewer is about the ability to make everyone feel welcome guests and team alike. You lead your team to take ownership of their guests journeys every step of the way from a warm welcome, through a great quality pub meal to the moment they say goodbye.

As a Chef & Brewer Assistant Manager you should be friendly, authentic and passionate, as will need to use your natural confidence and leadership to develop an outstanding team that truly cares about the guest experience they deliver as well as driving sales and ensuring operational excellence. You will be joining Greene King, with nearly 200 years of brewing experience - pubs are in our DNA. As a part of the largest Brewery & Pub Company, you'll have many opportunities to progress, and we'll support you every step of the way.

About the role

The Hinderton Arms sits on the edge of a small town called Neston, it is a largely residential town, functioning as a suburb to the nearby cities of Liverpool and Chester. The large interior can accommodate 125 covers inside and a further 60 outside when the weather allows.

We are looking for an experienced Assistant Manager who is ready for a new challenge. We are looking for someone who is able to lead our team to success, we are currently growing the business and getting ready for a busy summer. We are a seasonal site so our average weekly take will increase during the summer season. So if you have a passion for beautiful food, gorgeous drinks and second to non customer service then this could be the position for you.
