Academic Partnerships Account Manager (Parental Leave Cover)

£40,000 to £45,000 dependent on experience plus excellent benefits.
Hybrid working with base from our Coventry Office or one of our Study Centres - London, Birmingham, Manchester or Leeds.
FTC till 24th May 2024

We are currently recruiting an Account Manager to support the work of the senior Centre for Academic Partnerships team (Pro Vice Chancellor International, the Director of the Centre for Academic Partnerships, and the Head of Partnerships Operations & Development) in their leadership and delivery of Arden University’s priorities and projects relating to its academic partners. The post-holder will be the primary point of contact between the University’s Centre for Academic Partnerships and the University’s partners, with responsibility for developing and sustaining the relationship between the partners and the University’s various professional services and academic departments that support the partnership. The Account Manager reports to the Head of Partnerships Operations & Development and will liaise closely with the University’s academic departments and professional services.

They will be comfortable responding to unexpected demands and working under pressure in an effective and positive manner and will possess excellent time management and organisational skills. Their verbal and written communication skills will be excellent, and their experience of using digital tools will be extensive.
