Position Summary:

Easterseals Crossroads is taking applications for a skilled and well-organized Occupational Therapist to provide pediatric services in school- based settings. Current contract needs are for approximately 12 hours/week with potential to increase

The Occupational Therapist will evaluate, diagnose, and treat students/clients, formulate IEPs and individualized treatment programs, maintain appropriate records, and communicate with teachers, parents, and members of the student's support team about progress.

Education and Experience:

• Must have a valid Indiana license to be considered
• Bachelor's degree required
• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy preferred
• Experience in schools preferred but not required
