Aon’s Work Insight Programme

Aon are excited to be offering Year 12 and 13 students (16-19 years old) who are studying in state-funded schools or colleges the opportunity to spend one week participating in Aon’s Work Insight Programme.

Unlike many work experience programmes you won’t be doing busy work: no photocopying, filing or tea-making, we promise! You will be participating in a structured week of interactive learning and engagement, to understand more about the world business, Aon and possible career paths for your future. You will get the opportunity to meet our Aon colleagues including current apprentice and graduates as well as experienced managers and leaders from across our business, hearing more about their work and career, all while engaging in a range of interactive learning opportunities.

As part of our five-day Work Insight Programme, you will either participate in a hybrid or virtual experience.

The five-day hybrid programme includes three days of virtual participation and two days of in-person participation in one of our offices:

The five-day virtual programme doesn’t require in-person attendance and provides similar opportunities for interaction with our colleagues.

In June and July we will be offering opportunities across all locations (Bristol, Birmingham, Chelmsford, Leeds, London, Farnborough and Glasgow) as well as a fully virtual programme. The programmes will begin at around 9.30am each day and will finish around 4.00pm each day.

Candidates applying for a hybrid programme at one of our offices listed above should be within 1 hours commute of an Aon office listed above, if you are not with 1 hour of our office, we ask that you apply for our virtual programme.

Support for travel costs for the two in person days of the hybrid programme will be provided, as well as lunch being provided for the in-person days.
