Having acquired multiple businesses in the past year, the WorkNest team is growing fast, so we’re looking for a passionate and professional Management Accountant to join our Finance Team.
Why your role matters
The Management Accountant role is vital as we work through the wider strategic aim of bringing our different entities together. You’ll support in a high-performing finance function that provides significant value to the wider business, as well as playing an integral part in our growth as a business, ensuring that all reporting and compliance requirements of a finance function are achieved.
What you’ll be doing
The Management Accountant will take ownership for reporting and analysing financial activity across WorkNest, and act as a finance subject matter expert across the wider business.
You will have direct reports, which will provide not only line management experience but the opportunity to coach an individual through a key development phase of their finance career.
Where you’ll be working
This is a hybrid role with an office base in Aldford (a minimum of two days per week in the office, with the rest of the week remote). That way, you’ll be able to work collaboratively with colleagues to effectively deliver our services, while also having some quieter time to focus on your workload without distraction.
