Founded in March 2020, we’ve sent over 3,000 people away with 98% five star reviews, and regularly appear in mainstream press from the Times to the Guardian. We’re growing 5x year on year, and have no plans to slow down until flight-free travel is mainstream.

We’re looking for flexible freelancers to help us help our customers

We’re looking for friendly, efficient, flexible people to join our Travel Experience Freelance group. You’ll probably have other things going on in your lives - work, hobbies, study, all of the above! - and your work for us will ebb and flow as we move through more and less busy periods - and as you do.

We’ll train you up and offer you work on an ad hoc basis based on peaks in bookings or departures. You can say yes or no to particular blocks of work (perhaps a few hours a day, perhaps a few days a week) according to your availability.

Examples of the things you’ll help with

• Producing journey guides for customers to have on hand during their holidays: adding tickets and accommodation details, selecting activities and creating new copy when needed
• Researching customer queries and adding to a central database of knowledge to help answer the same question faster next time
• Liaising with our accommodation and ticket booking suppliers, making bookings through them or directly online and checking details
• Phoning around suppliers before our customers leave to ensure everything’s ready to go (you’ll use our company phone system)

What we’re looking for

• Trustworthiness - you’ll be helping our customers and making payments
• Strong attention to detail and accountability
• Superb time management skills
• Proficiency working with spreadsheets/data-based software (e.g. CRMs)
• Good general technical understanding
• Excellent written and spoken English

The process

If we like your application, we'll send you a short scenario to complete based on the type of work you'd get in this role. If that looks good, we'll invite you to a paid trial for 2-3 hours (including training), then invite you to join us if everyone's happy after that.
