This is a part-time remote working position for a Technical Trainer for candidates based in the UK and a great opportunity to join our rapidly growing team. The ideal candidate will have full responsibility for extending and expanding the existing on-line training system to make best use of available technology to improve the overall content and provide a user-friendly and attractive training environment.

Responsibilities:

Update existing training system to include videos, graphics and screenshots where appropriate to enhance the experience for delegates;

Review and update the test modules and add new modules where necessary;

Keep the training course up to date as new product releases come on-line;

Manage the enrolment of and reporting on delegates to the course;

Ensure that the course content accurately reflects the product version to which it relates;

Qualifications:

• At least one year’s experience of maintaining an online training platform such as TalentLMS or similar;

• Good understanding of HTML code;

• Experience of creating and maintaining short videos (ideally IT software related);

• Able to communicate clearly and concisely in English;

Other Requirements

• Must be able to work from home with reliable internet connection;

• Must be eligible to work in the UK without sponsorship;

• Willing to work in isolation or as part of a team;

• Good A-Level or Degree in computer science, mathematics or similar;
  
  

Remuneration: £39,000 (full time equivalent), plus company benefits;
