Summary
St. Stephen's C.E. Primary School welcomes applications from a dedicated, experienced, reliable and highly skilled teaching assistant, who has proven experience of working within a primary school, to work within our existing hardworking and dedicated team.
Hours of work will be 29.5 hours per week on a base contract of 10 hours. 5 hours of this role is paid at TA Level 3 (Grade 6) as the successful applicant will be supporting a daily Maths session, where they will be expected to support a group of pupils who work on slightly different objectives, alongside the teacher, within the classroom.
There will also be the requirement to undertake a daily lunchtime duty, which will involve supervising and assisting pupils during lunchtime to ensure that a safe and positive learning environment is maintained and that all children behave in an appropriate manner, really giving the successful candidate a rounded school-life experience.

Under the general supervision and direction of the teacher you will:
- implement learning activities for individuals and groups;
