Sales System Administrator

Vacancy Type: Temporary
Location: Crewe, Cheshire
Salary: £11.50 - £12.00 per hour

New role - Crewe

Immediate start

Job Spec:
To carry out the accurate and timely processing of Sage 200 stock transactions, including: Booking In Goods Received

Handling works orders movements

Processing internal transfers

Handling Sundry Receipts and Issue

Generating month end Stock reports

Manage the Stock Control inbox in Outlook where documents are received by email for processing.

Carry out stock counts at external locations and assist in reconciliation to the stock system and explaining resulting variances.

To review the integrity and quality of data provided and challenge where appropriate.

Work with suppliers and sub-contractors to ensure the timely and accurate movement of materials on the stock system to ensure material availability to support operations and customer services.

To use batch tracking methods to monitor and challenge supplier batch data as material goes through the supply chain, and to work with Supply Chain assisting with the utilisation of stock to reduce cost.

To run works order variance reports and circulate for sign off, and compete works orders when approved.

To collate and circulate Stock KPI data to relevant internal stakeholders.

To assist with projects that will improve the accuracy and quality of the stock system, managing these where appropriate or liaising with other teams to achieve timely completion.

Person Spec:
Experience working within a similar role

Sage experience would be an advantage
