Solution Architect (C# Azure London / WFH to £110k+
Are you an experienced Solution Architect with financial services experience looking for an opportunity to progress your career?
You could be joining one of the world's longest established Insurance companies that have a reputation for technical excellence and disrupting the Insurance markets whilst enjoying a range of perks and benefits.
As a Solution Architect you will join a small team focussed on innovation and delivery of technology; you'll translate business requirements into functional software or technology designs and develop common foundation architecture components that support the evolution.
You'll work across teams to deliver solutions and architectural approaches, ensuring alignment to EA principles, practices and roadmaps, collaborating with software engineers to influence development processes, standards and deliverables.
You'll be working with a modern tech stack encompassing C# .Net Core, Azure, SQL / NoSQL databases and REST APIs.

WFH Policy:
There's a flexible hybrid work from home model; you'll join colleagues in impressive London, City offices 1-2 days a week.

Requirements:
You have experience as a Solution Architect, working on large scale systems ideally within Insurance or Financial Services
You have a broad knowledge of technology, programming languages and frameworks including some of the following: C#, .Net Core, SQL, Python, Entity framework, JavaScript, React, PowerShell, ARM Templates, Azure CLI, Terraform
You have experience of building cloud services in Azure
You have a good knowledge of CI/CD and automated deployments within Azure DevOps
You have a good knowledge of business process re-engineering principles and processes
You have excellent communication skills, are collaborative, approachable and able to communicate designs / architecture across teams
