This is a great business that had been kept silent due to the Covid pandemic, not opening all its doors till September 21, but now that we are open and trading we are ready to expand our team to delight the customers we are already seeing through our doors.
This fantastic grade two listed property in the affluent area of Woburn, is a fantastically quaint and historic part of the country. With the safari park close by and easy access to the m1, our guests vary from tradesmen staying in the hotel mid week to couples and families visiting for the weekend. With a whole new team in place and only big opportunities for sales and reputation growth, this is a awesome site to get your teeth stuck into.
The Brand and the Business, is on an exciting new journey, to become the hotel Ventures Group. With a new BUD and new direction, the hotel will have some really fantastic changes over the coming years, with the aim for a much more fresh food boutique style hotel that sells fantastic experiences not just a bed to sleep in.
About The Role
As a Line Chef you’ll know all there is to know about working in a fast-paced kitchen and have a natural flair for presentation. From preparation to food handling and hygiene, as well as excellent time management skills - your contribution will certainly count. Whilst working in our kitchens, you’ll find no two days will be the same and you’ll be able to develop your skills with a variety of dishes and menus.
About You
You don’t need to have tons of experience in a kitchen, though it can help. We’ll teach you everything you need… All you need is a willingness to learn, a genuine love for all things food and the passion to create amazing dishes.
