Service Administrator / Service Advisor

Location: Hemel Hempstead

Salary: £27,000 - £30,000 + Bonus + Overtime (Depending on experience)

Shift: Monday - Friday (1 in 4 Saturdays - Paid at Overtime)

Our client is a specialist, reliable and reputable Commercial Vehicle Company based in and around Hertfordshire. They are seeking a passionate and dedicated Service Administrator / Service Advisor / Commercial Service Advisor to expand their growing team.

As a Service Advisor / Service Administrator, you will be required to undertake the following:

• Answer incoming telephone calls to the site.
• Greet all visitors to the site.
• Ensure all customer bookings are consistently and accurately recorded.
• Managing customer inspection schedules – liaising with the customer and workshop and managing the daily dairy.
• Keep customers informed of progress reports.
• Use a computerised Management System, and respond to emails from customers, contractors, and other sites.
• Ensure that Health and Safety regulations are always adhered to.
• Completing Invoicing and filing
• Rasing Job cards and dealing with bookings
• Obtaining order numbers and allocating it correctly

As a Service Advisor / Service Administrator, you should hold:

• A broad understanding of vehicles, servicing, and maintenance
• Experience using Kerridge/ADP
• Experience in the motor trade industry
• Full Clean Driving Licence
• Responsive and willing to learn, receive training, developing both yourself and those around you.
• Able to prioritise your own workload and support the team.
• Excellent relationship skills with both colleagues and customers alike.
• Remaining calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
