We have an exciting opportunity at AXA Global Healthcare for a Senior Proposition and Product Executive to join our Product and Proposition team and support the design, development, and governance of our international health insurance and wellbeing products and services. At AXA we're adopting a hybrid way of working, empowering our people to balance their time between home and our Tunbridge Wells or London office in a way that works best for them, their team and our customers.

What you'll be doing:

  • Supporting the product and proposition team to develop competitive global healthcare proposition and product strategies. You'll keep a keen eye on the competition and regularly assess market developments
  • Supporting the design, development and implementation of new health and wellbeing proposition and Products from concept to launch. You'll make sure delivering good customer outcomes is at the centre of all developments – identifying new opportunities to enhance the customer experience, and finding ways to continuously improve existing propositions whilst remaining compliant with relevant regulations
  • Interpret product and proposition performance MI, customer insight and competitor analysis and making product and proposition change recommendations that deliver good customer outcomes
  • Take new and changing products through the AGH Product Approval Process, making sure submissions to appropriate committees are accurate, and timely
  • Create and deliver key proposition assets and communications for internal use including proposition profiles and internal briefing communications

Qualifications

  • Degree / business or marketing qualifications preferable
  • Proven track record of delivering in a fast-paced, delivery-oriented environment with immovable deadlines
  • Customer focus, with commercial awareness, strong analytical capability and numerical skills
  • Excellent attention to detail, logical thinking, ability to problem solve
  • Cross functional stakeholder management at all levels
  • Understanding of consumer duty and healthcare regulations
  • Previous product or proposition experience (within international and/or domestic healthcare insurance is desirable) including new product development experience
  • Financial Services and/or insurance industry experience and market knowledge
