Job Description


We are seeking an experienced SAP User to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for working with the SAP system to support the business processes of the organisation.

The role will involve data entry, report generation, and analysis to support decision-making. The SAP User will work closely with other departments and the supply chain to understand their needs and provide solutions that enhance the overall performance of our project

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enter data into the SAP system accurately and efficiently
  • Generate reports using the SAP system to support decision-making
  • Analyse data to identify trends and patterns
  • Work closely with other departments and suppliers to understand the data entry requirements
  • Provide support to other users of the SAP system
  • Ensure all SAP-related documentation is up to date and accurate
  • Collaborate with other departments to identify and implement process improvements


Qualifications


Key Requirements:

  • At least 2 years' experience working with SAP
  • Strong technical skills in using SAP modules such as SAP MM, SAP SD, or SAP FI/CO
  • Good analytical skills with the ability to analyse data sets
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Experience working with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet tight deadlines
