On behalf of an award-winning organisation. Purosearch recruitment are on the hunt for an experienced Operations Manager / Regional Care Manager / Area Manager to oversee several residential and nursing homes
This company supports thousands of elderly people suffering with Dementia primarily. The services will be residential and Nursing. The ideal candidate will have regional / operational / Area management experience with both residential and nursing homes.
As Operations Manager you will report directly to the Managing Director and you will be responsible for growing and developing the services to the highest standard and provide professional expertise to your team.
Hospitality Manager Requirements:
· Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role
· Good knowledge of CQC and local authority regulations
· Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to communicate effectively with a wide range of stakeholders
· Excellent people management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire staff to deliver exceptional service

Working 30 hours per week, paying up to 12.87 per hour. Immediate start, no experience needed. Up to 12.87 per hour.
You will provide a high quality fault fixing and maintenance service at multiple sites throughout our portfolio. Have exceptional customer service skills.
