Recruitment Consultant – Graduates Wanted!

Basic salary between £23,000-£30,000

OTE £40,000 year one, £60,000 year two and £80,000 year three.

What your day looks like:

  • Utilising recruitment tools and technologies to attract, screen, and qualify A- grade candidates
  • Writing exceptional job adverts to attract the very best talent to existing job positions
  • Forming and maintaining close relationships with your candidates and clients
  • Updating internal databases by remaining consistently organised
  • Communicating to all types of people in high volumes
  • Working towards, hitting, and then exceeding targets by utilising sales tactics
  • Respond to all communications in a timely matter to get ahead of the competition
