A Traditional Fit Out contractor who work in and around London and the surrounding counties who deliver commercial office fit outs ranging from 250k-10mil are currently on the market seeking a experienced and forward thinking project manager capable of overseeing their larger projects.

They are looking for an exceptional and aspirational talent who with the support of the commercial team can successfully deliver projects from inception to completion, they offer an excellent package and a long-term stable career for the right candidate

THE ROLE:

Duties and Responsibilities will include but not be limited to: -

• Manage project team to deliver a successful project
• Develop, monitor and control strategic construction programming
• Manage the design process
• Attend all project meetings
• Carry out daily snagging inspection walk rounds
• Hold regular sub-contractor coordination meetings
• Assist Commercial Manager in controlling the commercial risk
• Lead and coordinate design workshops with consultants and sub-contractors
• Carry out a regular review of prelims expenditure with the Commercial Manager
• Responsibility for site HSE
• Build long term client relationships

THE CANDIDATE:

My client is looking for a Project Manager with experience of managing Traditional Cat A and Cat B Fit-out projects up to the value of £10m. You will need to have proven experience of managing projects from inception to completion, the ideal candidates will have the following skills and experience: -

• Project Manager with experience on projects up to £10m
• Delivered large scale Traditional Fit out Projects
• Experience working in Commercial Offices
• Ideally professionally qualified
• Experience managing projects up to £10m
• Highly proficiency in MS Office and MS Project
• Excellent stakeholder management skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
