We have an opportunity for a Surveyor to join our SES division based in North West. Reporting into the Commercial Manager, this role will be accountable for the daily commercial management and administration of the project supply chain to achieve business objectives on one or more projects including larger, more complex projects.

Key Accountabilities include:
To be successful in the role you will be an experienced and qualified Surveyor with an understanding of different procurement methods used in construction and the risks associated with each. You will also have a solid level of technical appreciation/competence in M&E with the ability to apply this to the management of valuation techniques and manage/undertake the measurement and valuation of change with the customer and supply chain.
Alongside this you will be a confident communicator, able to demonstrate the ability to form and develop relationships with all stakeholders.
